1- Periodical visits
We visit your property once per week, or once per two weeks. We inspect the house and the surrounding area and give you feed back with an e-mail and photo’s. This will keep you feeling safe about your property. If at any time damage occurs, we inform you and take the necessary steps to repair damage, report theft or replace locks. Allways with your approval.
2- Supervising renovations and repairs
If changes have to be made to your house, it is not so difficult to find a handy man. But, it is difficult, when you are not present, to make sure repairs are being performed as you need them to be. Language can be a problem, and usually handy men are not in a hurry when you are not around, which can result in a simple repair to consume months of your time, energy and phone expenses. The result will only become visible to you when you get back to Skiathos. We can find you reliable handy men, overlook the tasks, and give you instant feed back, so you are part of the process even when you are not here.
3- Cleaning up your land
If your garden frequently overgrows with weeds, we can clean it whenever you feel it is necessary. There are three main reasons to keep grass and weeds low:
1 - risk for forest fire. During the summer the vegetation dries up and is an increased risk factor for forest fire.
2 - keeping snakes and other animals on distance. Snakes like high vegetation. Not all of them are dangerous, but especially the smaller adders are hard to spot ad they can bite.
3 - your property looks much nicer and valuable when it is well maintained.
4- Cleaning before arrival
Let your holiday begin at the moment you arrive. We can have your holiday home clean and ready for you, so you can instantly start enjoying your stay here. We can even make sure there are groceries in the fridge when you arrive, or even have your (rental) car waiting for you at the airport.
5- Renting your property to earn money from your investment
We have 2 rental websites where we advertise holiday homes rentals. We can offer a total service that includes marketing, administration, arranging holiday rentals, manage the procedure when the tenants are here, take care of the cleaning and the payments, and give feed back to you.
